"Why am I the best fit for you?"
Thats the thing.. I'm not the one for everyone! But if you are somewhat quirky, love to have a good time and are not afraid to open up about your story so that I am able to get to know you more - that's when I'm the photographer for you.
I believe that these are the qualities that make for an amazing session and result in beautiful, one of a kind photos.
"What is my photography style?"
I'm not one for the posed photos... I love a good candid vibe with a moody touch.
It is my job as your potential photographer to take the love between my couples and use fun prompts and the right energy to set the tone to make these types of moments possible for me to capture.
"Do I give my couples every image from their session?"
Now that my friends, is a big no. Each session usually results in upwards of a thousand shots (per hour), so a big part of my job is to hand-pick the BEST ones out of all the photos I have taken. I tend to "overshoot" a lot and if I delivered them all to you as my clients, I truly believe it would take away the beauty in the ones that you are bound to love and enjoy.
"Do I photoshop and touch-up photos?"
The only touch-up or photoshop I do to the photos of my clients is if there is something on your skin that wont be there in two weeks or an unnecessary diversion in the photo, then I will remove it. I don't do any major photoshopping because I believe from my experience as a photographer, this tends to take away from the authenticity of our photo session together and from the moments captured that you will be able to cherish forever. It is my job to present you with genuine results.
"When can I expect to see the photos you have taken?"
I usually tell my clients I need about forty-eight hours to send a sneak peek of your session - However, I do my best to get them to you sooner. From this point, it takes approximately two to four weeks to deliver you, your whole gallery. While this time frame may vary depending on if you booked during a busy season, it is my guarantee to my clients that I will have your full gallery sent to you within four weeks.
"Do I provide the RAW (unedited) files from our session?"
Short answer: No...I do not.
Long answer: Giving out RAW/unedited photos, means to me that I am giving you half of my work ability and I want nothing more then to be booked by my potential clients because you fell in love with my style and will appreciate my vision for your photos and the effort I put into creating the magic you will receive.
"What happens if the weather isn't good or something comes up?"
If inclement weather occurs, I will always give my clients the option to reschedule. Or, we can have a good time and make the most of the day we were given and as your photographer, I will make sure we are still able to capture extraordinary moments.
If something else is to occur (family emergencies, illness, etc.), this is also a fair time to reschedule. If there is a complete cancellation because any of these situations arise, the deposit will not be refunded - I will do my best to cooperate with my clients to get a new date settled that works for both of us.
